Prachie Narian

Born in Nepal and raised in England and the US, Prachie Jackson holds a BA from Princeton University, where she studied literature and studio art, deepening her passion for shared human experiences, inner journeys and struggles that extend beyond the borders of culture and ethnicity. To better understand the human condition and connect personally with people from different backgrounds, she began a career in medicine, but after many profound experiences as a physician with her patients, their struggles, wisdom, and fears, she was compelled to leave her practice and devote herself to visually explore and share this rich, universal, inner realm. She has studied Drawing and Painting in the certificate program at RISD, and her work is shown at galleries and spaces in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and New Jersey.
